3. Delivery & Fulfillment

We aim to start delivery within 15-30 minutes of order confirmation. Please note:

  • Delivery speeds vary by platform and order size.
  • Accounts must remain public until the order is 100% complete.
  • Changing your username during delivery will void the order.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • 100% money back guarantee if followers are not added within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • Full refund if we are unable to fulfill your order due to technical issues on our end.
  • Partial refunds may be issued if a 30-day refill is not possible for dropped followers.
  • No refunds once an order is marked as 'Completed' and followers have been delivered.
  • No refunds if the account was private or the username was changed during delivery.
